Empty MDS Response Received

Cause: This message displays when the Web Server hosting the application service has a temporary spike and is not available for a few moments.

Resolution: To resolve this issue follow the steps below:

  1. Rule out the temporary spike by having the end user refresh the screen. The user should be able to retrieve that data if this was just a temporary spike in the Web Service’s availability or volume. This process may need to be repeated to allow a few moments between each attempt.
  2. On your device, open your application settings and note the URL you are using to connect to your app.
  3. Verify that the user can hit the Test Page on the device’s browser by using the URL obtained in step 3 to ensure the web service is running.
